Parmesan-Crusted Chicken with Penne in Creamy Sauce 🍝🧀

📝 Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
12 oz penne pasta
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish
🍽️ Directions:
1️⃣ Boil the Pasta:
Cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Sear the Chicken:
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook chicken for 6–7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and let rest.
3️⃣ Make the Sauce:
In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream, then add Parmesan cheese. Stir and let simmer for 2–3 minutes until thick and creamy.
4️⃣ Toss in the Pasta:
Add cooked penne to the cream sauce and toss until fully coated.
5️⃣ Assemble & Serve:
Slice the chicken and lay it over the creamy pasta.
Garnish with fresh basil or parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
