🛒 Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, grilled and sliced 🍗
3 cups cooked rotini or fusilli pasta 🍝
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 🍅
1 cup cucumber, sliced 🥒
1/2 cup Kalamata or black olives 🫒
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese 🧀
Fresh dill, chopped 🌿
Lemon wedges, for serving 🍋
For the dressing:
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice 🍋
1 garlic clove, minced 🧄
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt & pepper to taste 🧂

Grill the chicken with a bit of salt, pepper, and olive oil until golden and cooked through. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, drain, and let it cool. In a large bowl, combine the pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, feta, and grilled chicken. In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat. Garnish with fresh dill and lemon wedges.
