Keto Brocolli Cheddar Keto Baked Fritters recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup broccoli florets, finely chopped
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 large eggs, beaten
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1/4 cup olive oil, for frying
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets, almond flour, cheddar cheese, beaten eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and black pepper. Mix well.
Using a spoon or your hands, form small balls from the mixture.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Place the balls in the skillet, pressing them down with a spatula to flatten them slightly. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
Transfer the fritters to a baking sheet and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until fully cooked and crispy.
Serve the fritters hot with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
