Ingredients:
For the Banana Bread:

3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1/4 cup milk (any kind)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
For the Salted Caramel Swirl:

1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1/2 tsp sea salt
Directions:
1️⃣ Preheat Oven – Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Mix Wet Ingredients – In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla.

3️⃣ Add Dry Ingredients – Stir in flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon until just combined. Do not overmix!

4️⃣ Layer & Swirl – Pour half the batter into the pan. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over it. Add remaining batter and top with the rest of the caramel.

Use a knife to gently swirl the caramel into the batter.
5️⃣ Bake – Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

6️⃣ Cool & Serve – Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Slice and enjoy warm or chilled!
