Keto Cinnamon Swirl Bread
Ingredients
*1 1/4 cups Almond Flour
*1/4 cup Coconut Flour
*1 tsp Baking Powder
*2 oz. Cream Cheese
*1/2 cup Almond Milk
*3 eggs
*1/2 cup butter, melted
*1/3 cup Lakanto Classic
*1 tsp vanilla
*1/4 cup Brown Swerve Sweetener
*2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350F and line a 9" x 5" loaf pan with parchment paper.
2. Whisk together the Brown Swerve Sweetener and cinnamon in a bowl. Set aside.
3. Whisk together almond flour, coconut flour and and baking powder in a bowl.
4. In a separate bowl, beat together the eggs, cream cheese, almond milk, melted butter, LaKanto classic, and vanilla.
5. Blend the wet mixture into the dry ingredients.
6. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan.
7. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon mixture on top.
8. Pour in remaining batter and top with remaining cinnamon mixture.
9. Swirl a knife into the batter.
10. Bake for 45-60 minutes.
