- ¼ cup olive oil
directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the chickpea flour, tapioca starch, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the chopped fresh herbs.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the plant-based milk and olive oil.
4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix. The batter will be slightly thick.
5. Drop rounded tablespoons of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuits are lightly golden brown and cooked through.
