🇮🇹 Crostata di Ricotta e Cioccolato 🍫🥧
A creamy ricotta and chocolate tart with a crispy pastry crust!
✨ Ingredients:
• 2 cups ricotta cheese
• 1/2 cup chocolate chips
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup butter, chilled and cubed
🔥 Instructions:
1️⃣ Mix flour, sugar, and butter until crumbly. Add egg and form a dough.
2️⃣ Chill dough for 30 minutes, then roll out and press into a tart pan.
3️⃣ Mix ricotta and sugar, then fold in chocolate chips.
4️⃣ Pour filling into the tart crust.
5️⃣ Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35-40 minutes.
6️⃣ Let cool before serving.
