Ham & Macaroni Salad
Ingredients:
3 cups elbow macaroni, cooked and cooled
1 1/2 cups cooked ham, diced
1 cup corn (canned or frozen)
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp mustard (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine macaroni, ham, corn, celery, and green onions.
2. Stir in mayonnaise and mustard (if using) until well coated.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Chill for 1 hour before serving for best flavor.
