2-ingredient Pizza Chips
Ingredients:
8 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese
8 pepperonis
Seasonings of your preference (e.g., Italian seasoning, oregano, garlic powder, or red pepper flakes)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
On a parchment-lined baking sheet, create 8 small piles of shredded mozzarella cheese, about 1 tbsp each.
Top each pile of cheese with a pepperoni, and then sprinkle with your favorite seasonings. Italian seasoning and oregano add a delicious pizza flavor, but feel free to get creative!
Bake for 7 minutes until the cheese has melted and the edges are golden brown. For extra crispiness, you can broil the chips for the last minute or two.
Remove from the oven and let the chips cool for a minute or two to harden and crisp up.
