Ingredients:

1 lb (450g) sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
For the Mashed Potatoes:
4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
4 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 cup whole milk (or heavy cream for extra creaminess)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:
🔥 Cooking the Steak Bites:
1️⃣ Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
2️⃣ Add the steak bites and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
3️⃣ Reduce heat to medium, add butter, minced garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir and let the butter coat the steak.
4️⃣ Cook for another 1-2 minutes, then turn off the heat. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
🥔 Making Creamy Mashed Potatoes:
1️⃣ Boil the potato chunks in a pot of salted water for 15-20 minutes until fork-tender.
2️⃣ Drain and return to the pot. Add butter, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
