Ingredients:
2 Eggs or more, depending on servings
1-2 Beef Steaks such as sirloin, flank, or ribeye
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 Medium Potatoes, peeled and diced
1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
1 tbsp Olive Oil for cooking
1 tbsp Butter (optional, for enhanced flavor)
1/2 tsp Paprika (optional, for extra zest)
Fresh Greens such as spinach, arugula, or lettuce
2 tbsp Green Onions, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the Steak:
Season the steak generously with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and pour in the olive oil. Once the oil is shimmering, place the steaks in the skillet. Cook for about 4-6 minutes on each side for a perfect medium-rare, adjusting the time to achieve your desired doneness. In the last minute of cooking, add the butter for extra richness and baste the steak.

2. Prepare the Potatoes:
