HONEY BUTTER SKILLET CORN
Ingredients:
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp honey
1 (16 oz) bag frozen corn (or 3 cups fresh)
2 oz cream cheese (about ΒΌ block)
Salt & pepper, to taste
Optional: chopped parsley or chives for garnish
Instructions:
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and honey together.
Add corn and cook for 5β7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and lightly golden.
Stir in cream cheese and cook until melted and creamy.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve warm!
