Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh herbs (such as thyme or rosemary), finely chopped
For the Asparagus:
1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions:
Prepare the Steak:
Preheat grill or pan to medium-high heat.
Season steaks generously with salt and pepper.
Drizzle olive oil in the pan or brush it on the grill. Place the steaks and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
During the last minute, add butter, garlic, and thyme to the pan, basting the steaks with the melted butter.
Remove steaks from heat and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Cook the Shrimp:
In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.
Drizzle with lemon juice just before removing from heat.
Prepare the Crab Legs:
If using pre-cooked crab legs, heat them by steaming for 5-7 minutes or wrapping in foil and baking at 375°F for 10 minutes.
For fresh crab legs, steam or boil them for 10-12 minutes.
In a small bowl, melt butter with garlic. Drizzle over crab legs and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
Serve with lemon wedges.
Make the Mashed Potatoes:
Boil potatoes in salted water for 15-20 minutes, until tender.
Drain and return to the pot. Mash the potatoes with butter and cream until smooth and creamy.
Season with salt, pepper, and fresh herbs.
Cook the Asparagus:
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add asparagus and sauté for 5-7 minutes, until tender and slightly browned.
Season with salt, pepper, and finish with lemon wedges.
Plate the Dish:
On each plate, place a serving of steak, shrimp, crab legs, mashed potatoes, and asparagus. Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh herbs.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
