Instructions
1. Prepare the Garlic-Parmesan Roasted Potatoes
Preheat oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).
In a bowl, toss potato cubes with olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 20β25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
2. Prepare the Crispy Hot Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs
