White Chocolate Mousse with Heart Decorations
Ingredients:
• 200 g white chocolate
• 200 ml whipping cream
• 2 egg whites
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• Chocolate hearts or decorations of your choice
Brief Preparation:
1. Melt the chocolate: Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler or microwave and let it cool slightly.
2. Whip: Whip the cream until firm. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff peaks form.
3. Combine: Gently fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream. Then, fold in the egg whites carefully.
4. Chill: Spoon into glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Decorate with chocolate hearts before serving. A delicious and elegant dessert!
