Ingredients:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
8 oz penne pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

Cook the penne: In a large pot of salted water, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cook the chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken bites and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
