Strawberry Shortcake Cheesecake Rolls
Ingredients

* ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
* ½ cup buttermilk

* 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

Instructions
1- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
2- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
3- Add the softened butter and mix until crumbly.
4- Pour in the buttermilk and stir until just combined, forming a soft dough. Avoid overmixing.
5- Lightly flour a work surface and roll the dough into a ½-inch thick rectangle with straight edges.
6- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
7- Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the rolled-out dough.
8- Sprinkle chopped strawberries evenly on top.
9- Carefully roll the dough from the long edge into a tight log.
10- Slice the log into 1-inch thick rolls using a sharp knife or dental floss.
11- Place rolls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
12- Bake for 15–20 minutes, until golden brown and set in the center.
13- While baking, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
14- Let rolls cool slightly, then top with whipped cream and garnish with extra strawberries.
