Hershey's Chocolate Cake! Vintage 70's recipe!

Ingredients
For The Chocolate Cake:
1¾ cup of all-purpose flour
⅔ cup of unsweetened Hershey’s cocoa powder
1½ teaspoons of baking powder
1½ teaspoons of baking soda
½ teaspoon of salt
2 cups of granulated sugar
1 cup of buttermilk
2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract
½ cup + 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
2 large eggs, room temperature
1 cup of boiling water
For The Chocolate Frosting:
1 cup of salted sweet cream butter, softened
1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
⅔ cup of unsweetened Hershey’s cocoa powder
¼ cup + 2 tablespoons of whole milk
3 cups of powdered sugar
