Super Quick Creamy Cauliflower Soup in 15 Minutes
Our creamy cauliflower soup is made with just a few ingredients and cooked in only a few minutes.
The soup tastes delicious with a refined, light seasoning that highlights the cauliflower flavor.
**Ingredients**
- 60 g butter
- 60 g flour
- 500 ml broth
- 1 head of cauliflower
- Nutmeg, pepper, and salt
- 500 ml water
- 1 egg yolk
- 200 g cream
- 100 g cheese, grated
- Carrots (optional)
**Preparation**
First, cook the cauliflower florets in 500 ml of boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Drain in a sieve, saving the vegetable broth.
Next, melt the butter in a saucepan, stir in the flour, and cook until golden. Then, add the dissolved bouillon cubes and vegetable broth to the pan.
Now, cook for another 5-10 minutes until the soup becomes creamy. Season with nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
Afterward, mix the cheese, cream, and egg yolk in a bowl and whisk them into the soup.
Now, add the cauliflower florets and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Itβs easy and absolutely delicious!
