Grilled Chicken Avocado Salad
Ingredients:
1 grilled chicken breast, sliced
1 avocado, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup corn kernels (grilled or canned)
2 cups mixed greens or romaine
Olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice
Instructions:
1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Grill until cooked and slice.
2. In a bowl, combine greens, tomatoes, and corn.
3. Add sliced avocado and grilled chicken on top.
4. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Season to taste.
