Cheesy Beef Burrito with Fries
Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade blend: chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper)
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)
4 large flour tortillas
1/2 cup salsa (for serving)
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup water
French fries (as a side)
Instructions:
Heat a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, onions, and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in taco seasoning and water, simmer for 3–4 minutes until sauce thickens.
Warm tortillas on a skillet for 30 seconds per side.
Fill each tortilla with beef mixture and a generous amount of cheddar cheese. Roll into burritos.
Place burritos on a baking tray, sprinkle extra cheese on top, and broil for 2–3 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot with crispy French fries and salsa on the side.
