Ingredients:

- ⅓ cup sweet and spicy pepper jelly
- ½ cup chopped pecans (for coating)
- ¼ cup green onions, finely chopped (optional, for garnish)
- Crackers, breadsticks, or veggies (for serving)
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
2. Add garlic powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using) to the cheese mixture. Mix well until all spices are evenly incorporated.
3. Stir in the sweet and spicy pepper jelly until well combined.
4. Shape the mixture into a ball using your hands or plastic wrap for easier handling.
5. Roll the cheeseball in the chopped pecans until it is fully coated.
6. Place the cheeseball on a serving plate and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld and the cheeseball to firm up.
