Slow Cooker Smoked Sausage and Bean Stew
Ingredients:
-1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
-2 cans white beans, drained and rinsed
-1 onion, diced
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 can diced tomatoes
-1 cup chicken broth
-1 teaspoon paprika
-1 teaspoon thyme
-Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a slow cooker, combine the smoked sausage, white beans, onion, garlic, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the flavors have melded together and the stew is heated through.
