Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles, plus extra for topping

Directions:

1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
2. Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom and slightly up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy.
