🍟 Louisiana Voodoo Fries
Ingredients:
4 large russet potatoes, cut into fries
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1/4 cup crispy bacon bits (optional)
For Voodoo Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sriracha sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp honey
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Toss fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
3️⃣ Spread fries in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
4️⃣ While fries bake, mix voodoo sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
5️⃣ Once fries are done, sprinkle with cheddar cheese and return to oven for 3–5 minutes to melt the cheese.
6️⃣ Drizzle fries with voodoo sauce, and top with sour cream, green onions, and bacon bits, if using. Serve immediately.
