🥘 Keto Beef & Cabbage Skillet
6g net carbs | 30 min | Serves 4
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
4 cups green cabbage, thinly sliced
1/2 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
1 tbsp tomato paste (optional for flavor)
1 tsp smoked paprika
Red pepper flakes (optional kick)
Instructions:
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook until fragrant (2–3 mins).
Add ground beef, break it up, and cook until browned.
Stir in tomato paste, paprika, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
Toss in the cabbage, mix well. Cover and cook for 10–12 minutes until cabbage is soft and slightly caramelized.
Uncover, stir, and cook a few more mins until moisture reduces.
