Ingredients:
For the Crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Cream Cheese Filling:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream
For the Cherry Topping:
2 cups fresh or frozen cherries, pitted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup water
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a muffin tin with paper cupcake liners.
