Cajun Garlic Butter Beef Linguine with Parmesan Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
12 oz linguine pasta
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cook the Beef: In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Add Garlic and Cajun Seasoning: Stir in minced garlic, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the garlic becomes fragrant and the beef is well coated with the seasoning.
Prepare the Cream Sauce: Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Let the sauce simmer for about 3-5 minutes until thickened.
Combine the Pasta and Sauce: Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy Cajun Parmesan sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish and Serve: Top with freshly chopped parsley and more grated Parmesan if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
