PASSOVER BROWNIES
2 sticks butter, melted
4 eggs
1 cup cocoa
1 cup nuts (optional)
2 cup sugar
1 cup Passover cake meal
Beat butter, eggs, sugar until creamy. Add the rest of the ingredients. Pour batter into a greased 9" square pan. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 20 minutes.
