- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 cup provolone or pepper jack cheese (sliced)
- ½ cup caramelized onions (optional)
- ¼ cup pickled jalapeños (optional, for heat)

For the Cowboy Butter (Flair!):
- ½ cup salted butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning
