1️⃣ Preheat & Prepare: Preheat your oven to 180Β°C (fan 160Β°C) / Gas Mark 4. Grease and line a 20cm x 30cm traybake tin with baking paper.

2️⃣ Make the Sponge: In a large bowl, cream together the butter and caster sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually add the beaten eggs, mixing well. Fold in the self-raising flour, then stir in the orange zest and milk until combined.

3️⃣ Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared tin and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and a skewer inserted comes out clean.
