🥗 Ingredients:
🥬 2 cups fresh spinach
🍣 1 salmon fillet, grilled or pan-seared
🍳 2 soft-boiled eggs, halved
🍅 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
🥑 1/2 avocado, sliced
🍚 1/2 cup cooked quinoa (red, white, or mixed)
🫒 1/4 cup mixed olives (green & black)
🌿 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
🍋 Dressing:
