✅Crockpot Creamy Beef & Mushroom Stew✅
A robust variation enriched with fresh herbs, creating a hearty stew with tender beef and savory mushrooms in a luxuriously creamy broth.
Ingredients:
2 lbs beef stew meat, cubed
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
1 large onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dried rosemary
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
Brown beef in olive oil; transfer to crockpot.
Add mushrooms, onion, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce; stir gently.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours until beef is very tender.
Stir in heavy cream; simmer for another 15 minutes.
Serve hot.
