1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

2 large eggs
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup buttermilk

1/2 cup hot water

1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp milk or heavy cream

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:
