For the brownie layer:
- 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on the box to prepare it, usually egg, oil, water)

For dipping:
- 1½ cups semisweet or milk chocolate chips (melted)
- Optional: sprinkles or sea salt for garnish

Directions:

1. Prepare the cookie dough by creaming together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Add milk and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
3. Gradually add the heat-treated flour and salt, mixing until just combined.
4. Fold in the mini chocolate chips. Set aside.
5. Prepare the brownie batter according to the box instructions or your homemade recipe.
6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
7. Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
8. Spoon a small layer of brownie batter into each muffin cup.
