Slow Cooker Beef Brisket with BBQ Sauce 🥩🍖🔥
Ingredients:
3 lb beef brisket
1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite)
1/2 cup beef broth
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
1️⃣ In a small bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Rub the seasoning all over the brisket.
2️⃣ Place brisket in the slow cooker. Mix BBQ sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce, then pour over the brisket.
3️⃣ Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or until the brisket is tender and easily shredded.
4️⃣ Remove the brisket and let it rest for 10 minutes. Slice or shred the meat.
5️⃣ Serve with extra BBQ sauce drizzled on top.
Notes:
Pair with coleslaw or baked beans for a complete BBQ meal.
For extra flavor, broil the brisket for 5 minutes after cooking to get a crispy finish.
