Tuna Stuffed Deviled Eggs
Ingredients:
6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and halved
1/2 cup canned tuna, drained and flaked
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika for garnish (optional)
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions:
Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise, removing the yolks and placing them in a mixing bowl.
Add the drained tuna to the bowl with the yolks and mash together until well combined.
Stir in the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Using a spoon or piping bag, fill the empty egg whites with the tuna mixture.
Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika and fresh parsley, if desired.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
