Garlic Butter Steak & Shrimp Bites
Ingredients:
- 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Directions:
1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the steak pieces, seasoning with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until they are browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, then add the shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and opaque.
3. Return the cooked steak to the skillet, tossing it with the garlic and shrimp. Cook for an additional minute to combine the flavors.
4. Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the dish.
