Instructions:
1 Prepare the Pastry & Bananas:

◦ Lay out pastry trimmings if using, or cut strips from the 1/2 sheet of puff pastry.
◦ Place the bananas down on top of the pastry.
2 Wrap & Coat:
◦ Dust the bananas lightly with icing sugar.
◦ Wrap the pastry strips around the length of the bananas, slightly overlapping as you go.
◦ Brush the pastry with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar for a golden, caramelized finish.
3 Bake:
◦ Transfer the wrapped bananas to the prepared baking sheet.
◦ Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
