Easy Ground Beef Noodle Soup

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 tbsp olive oil

3 carrots, sliced

2 celery stalks, sliced

1 small onion, diced

8 cups beef broth

2 cups egg noodles

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Directions:

1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.

2. Add onions, carrots, and celery. Cook for 5–6 minutes, until softened.

3. Stir in beef broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.

4. Add egg noodles and cook for 8–10 minutes, or until noodles are tender.

5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
