Beef and Noodles with Gravy
Ingredients:
2 lbs beef chuck roast
1 packet brown gravy mix
1 packet onion soup mix
2 cups beef broth
2 cups egg noodles
1/2 cup peas (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
1. In a slow cooker, combine beef, gravy mix, soup mix, and broth.
2. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4–5 hours until beef is tender.
3. Shred the beef and stir in peas.
4. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
5. Serve beef and gravy mixture over noodles.
