Crab Egg Rolls Recipe
Ingredients:
8 egg roll wrappers
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup cooked crab meat (or imitation crab), chopped
2 tbsp green onions, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp soy sauce
Vegetable oil for frying
Shrimps(skinless) (Optional)
Preparation:
Prepare the filling: Mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce in a bowl until smooth.
Assemble the egg rolls: Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each wrapper. Fold the sides, then roll up tightly (add shrimp if wish to add), sealing with a bit of water.
Fry the egg rolls: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the egg rolls for 3-4 minutes, turning until golden and crispy.
Serve with sweet and sour sauce or soy sauce for dipping!
