The G’s Kitchen cook-in a bag chicken.
Utensils:
-Stove/oven
-knife
-chopping board
-oven bags
Ingredients:
-Chicken drumsticks and Thighs
-2 tbs chicken spice
-1 tbs powdered chicken stock
-1 tbs olive oil
-red, green and yellow (robot peppers )
-1 tbs paprika
-1 onion
-1 large carrot
-1 tbs turmeric
Method:
-wash your chicken and set aside to drain water.
-cut all veggies and set aside
-in an oven bag, add half of the veggies and add chicken spice, chicken powdered stock, paprika, turmeric.
-add your chicken drumsticks and thighs, add olive oil and salt.
-add the remaining veggies on top and add chicken spice.
-close the oven bag and shake it.
- open two holes on top for breathing and bake at 190 for 50 minutes.
