Beef-Stuffed Shells with Creamy Ricotta Filling
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a skillet, cook the ground beef along with the chopped onion and minced garlic over medium heat until the beef is nicely browned and the onion becomes translucent. Take it off the heat and let it cool down a bit. In a bowl, mix the beef mixture with ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Fill each pasta shell with this flavorful beef and cheese mixture. Arrange the filled shells in a baking dish, pour marinara sauce over them, and, if you like, sprinkle some more mozzarella on top. Bake the dish for 25 to 30 minutes until the shells are warmed through and the cheese is wonderfully bubbly. Enjoy the delightful flavors.
