Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour (120g)
- ¼ cup chia seeds (30g)
- ½ cup water (120ml)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (30ml)
- ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, chia seeds, dried rosemary, and sea salt.
3. Add water and olive oil to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
4. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out to about 1/8-inch (3mm) thickness.
5. Remove the top parchment paper and cut the dough into desired cracker shapes using a knife or pizza cutter.
6. Transfer the parchment paper with the cut dough onto the baking sheet.
7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crackers are golden brown and crisp.
8. Allow the crackers to cool completely before enjoying.
