- ½ teaspoon garlic powder | 2.5 milliliters

- Water, if needed, 1-2 tablespoons

directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Steam the broccoli florets until they are bright green and slightly tender, about 5-7 minutes. Alternatively, you can boil or microwave them.
3. Once cooked, let the broccoli cool slightly, then transfer it to a food processor. Pulse until it is finely chopped.
4. Transfer the chopped broccoli to a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much excess moisture as possible.
5. In a medium bowl, combine the squeezed broccoli, almond flour, nutritional yeast, olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, and salt.
