Step 1: Preheat Your Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) . Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat for easy cleanup.
Step 2: Prepare the Mixture
In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
