Orange Creamsicle Pie
Ingredients:
1 pre-made graham cracker crust
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon orange zest
1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip)
1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon orange food coloring (optional)
Whipped cream and orange slices for garnish
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Add the orange juice and orange zest, mixing until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk until thickened.
Fold the pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture, stirring gently to combine.
Fold in the whipped topping and add orange food coloring if desired.
Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Garnish with whipped cream and fresh orange slices before serving.
