Steak & Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo 🍤🥩
A bold and creamy combination of flavors that’ll satisfy any craving!

📝 Ingredients:

1 ribeye or sirloin steak (8–10 oz)

12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined

8 oz fettuccine pasta

2 tbsp olive oil, divided

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tbsp garlic, minced

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

🍽️ Directions:

1️⃣ Cook the Fettuccine:

Boil pasta in salted water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

2️⃣ Sear the Steak:

Season the steak with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak for 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare (or to your desired doneness). Let it rest, then slice.

3️⃣ Cook the Shrimp:

In the same skillet, heat the remaining 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp and garlic, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until shrimp are pink and opaque. Remove from heat and set aside.

4️⃣ Make the Alfredo Sauce:

In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese, cooking until the sauce thickens. Add tomatoes and cook for 1–2 minutes until softened.

5️⃣ Combine and Serve:

Toss the cooked fettuccine in the Alfredo sauce, making sure the pasta is evenly coated. Plate the pasta and top with sliced steak and shrimp. Garnish with fresh parsley.
