Chinese Chicken Cabbage Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 1/2 head of green cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Soy sauce to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil
Directions:
Start by heating some oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Once it's hot, add the sliced chicken and stir-fry until it's fully cooked through. Remove the chicken and set it aside for now.
In that same skillet, add the onion and garlic and stir-fry until they're nice and fragrant. Next, toss in the bell pepper and cabbage, stirring until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Now, bring the cooked chicken back into the skillet. Pour in some soy sauce and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir everything together for another two to three minutes to let the flavors meld.
